The kit arrived promptly and is good quality. The instructions look easy to follow. I haven’t started it yet as I bought it to take with me on holiday in the caravan and I am looking forward to it.

I was thrilled to find Jess and her embroidery hoops online - it was exactly what I was looking for. She took my ideas for colours and design and turned them into a gorgous personalised embroidery hoop to celebrate my son's girlfriend's graduation. I haven't given it to her yet but I know she'll treasure it forever. Thank you, Jess - I'll be back for more! I even fancy to have a go at one of your kits too but I doubt I'll make such a beautiful job of it as you do ❤️

My experience with Jess from start to finish was fantastic! Her communication was excellent, her advice on colours (when I couldn't make up my mind) was spot on and most importantly the quality of her work in such a timely manner was exceptional. The hoop was a gift for our families new baby girl and I was worried they weren't going to like it-but I shouldn't of worried they absolutely love it. I highly recommend Sew made by Jess and will be using her for future gifts.
